3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is processed securely via GoDaddy Payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
4. Made To Order
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty. A deposit may be required at the time of consultation. Timelines are estimates and may vary. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Made-to-order pieces are excluded from this policy. To initiate a return, contact [email protected].
